I just placed an order, when will it ship?

Thank you for your order! We try to ship as fast as we can, but timing can vary depending on demand.

Our processing time is 1-2 business days (sometimes even faster). Shipping takes 2-3 business days after processing. 

If your item is a preorder, the timeframe is 15-21 days. We'll update your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

Can I exchange or return my order?

We don't offer exchanges or refunds right now, so be sure to check your measurements and product details before checking out.
