I love ETG, But I'm not tall?

But don't worry, we're not height exclusive! Even though Everything Tall Girl started from my tall girl struggles, our pieces are designed to look amazing on every height. 

I just placed an order, when will it ship?
Thank you for your order! We try to ship as fast as we can, but timing can vary depending on demand.

Our processing time is 1-2 business days (sometimes even faster). Shipping takes 2-3 business days after processing. 

If your item is a preorder, the timeframe is 15-21 days. We'll update your tracking number as soon as your order ships.

I am not in love with my order; can it be returned? What if there is an issue?

Because we're a small, made with love brand, all sales are final. 
We do not offer returns or exchanges for change mind, sizing, or fit. To avoid any fitting issues, please review our sizing chart located on our About Us page. 

We carefully inspect every product for damages before shipping to ensure you receive the quality you deserve. 

If there is an issue with your order such as receiving the wrong item, a damaged item, or a defective product we will absolutely take responsibility. Please contact us at everythingtallgirl@gmail.com within 1-3 days of receiving your package with you order number and clear photos, and our team will take care of you. 

Can I cancel my order? Yes, you can cancel your order as long as it has not started processing. 

Once processing begins, we aren't able to cancel or make changes to the order. 

If you need to request a cancellation, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. 

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
We know mistakes happen. If you entered an incorrect address at checkout, you have 24 hours to send us the correct information. 

If your order has not shipped yet, we'll happily update the address for you. 

However, once your package has shipped, we're unable to make changes and no refund will be given for orders sent to the wrong address.
